Our Kidney Health Service offers a range of kidney services to people living in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, the lower end of the Sunshine Coast and to inpatients of Queensland Health facilities in this area.
We practice a strong multidisciplinary approach to patient care. We work from a wellness model and align with community needs by locating our clinics in facilities within the community. We aim to match your patients to the nearest service location that meets their clinical need.
We are proactive in community engagement, specifically with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people through partnerships with the Moreton Bay Community Elders and the non-government organisation Kidney Health Australia. We are transitioning to consumer representation on our planning and management groups.
