Certified agreement update
The Queensland Government has restored collective bargaining rights to senior clinicians, along with employment security and full access to the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission.
Information about the new Award made by the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission and the revised proposed Medical Officers’ (Queensland Health) Certified Agreement No. 4 2015 (MOCA 4).
Overview
Contracts for senior medical officers and visiting medical officers come into effect on 4 August 2014. Thank you to all our senior doctors for helping to achieve this important milestone.
Metro North Hospital and Health Service will continue to work closely with our senior doctors as we transition to the new work environment. We share a common goal of maintaining public confidence that the services we all deliver are of the highest quality.
