Those who suffer migraines know the pain only too well, but there are a range of options available through your GP that could deliver far better relief than regular over-the-counter medications.

Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Director of Neurology and Stroke Dr Andrew Wong told Nine News about the use of Beta blockers to treat migraines. Beta blockers were originally developed to treat heart disease but have been found to help prevent migraines from starting in the first place.
