2018 Research Excellence Awards

Research is vital to improving healthcare outcomes. Our Metro North Research Excellence Awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in research across all clinical specialties and professions.

Finalists will be invited to an awards ceremony on 22 May.

There are seven categories reflecting the various stages of research: three individual awards and four project awards. Employees of Metro North Hospital and Health Service engaged in health and medical research are eligible to be nominated.

The judges have selected 27 finalists across six categories and 13 candidates for Researcher of the Year.
