Caboolture Community Health Centre
The Caboolture Community Health Centre provides a range of services for adults and children living in suburbs north of Brisbane. The catchment area for this service also includes Bribie Island and Kilcoy. The centre is situated within the grounds of Caboolture Hospital and provides management, support and equipment.

- Child and Youth Community Health Service
- Community Based Rehabilitation Team
- Diabetes Service
- Needle exchange program
- Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
- Post-Acute Care Services (PACS)
- Oral Health Service
We also have visiting services, including:
- Sexual Assault Service (fortnightly on a Wednesday)
- Sexual Health Service (every Tuesday)
Parking and transport
Free parking is available in the Caboolture Hospital grounds. A bus service is available from McKean Street in front of Caboolture Hospital. The train station is a 20-minute walk from the clinic.
