Heart Foundation Walking Group – Free Weekly Community Event

Date: Every Wednesday
Time: 9am for a 30-45 minute walk (weather permitting)

Venue: Meet at Brighton Health Campus Café – 449 Hornibrook Highway, BRIGHTON QLD 4017

Being active on a regular basis is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, and walking is a great way to look after your heart health and also gives you the opportunity to meet others in your Community.
