Professor Jeffrey Lipman has been announced as the inaugural Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital (RBWH) Research Ambassador, ensuring the RBWH’s legacy as research pioneers continues for many years to come.

The RBWH is at the heart of a world-leading research, innovation, healthcare and education hub in Brisbane and it is only fitting that an organisation with such capabilities and expertise be represented by a true leader in global health research and innovation.

Prof. Lipman brings to the role is his extensive research track record—including his experience leading and promoting research development and his ability to secure research funding where it is needed the most—and will champion the RBWH’s research and innovation globally.

Having built his extensive research network over many years, Prof. Lipman will also secure and consolidate local and international partnerships for RBWH, ensuring RBWH continues firmly on the path of innovation, discovery, research and care.
