Resource Team (Mental Health Services)

We are a team of mental health professionals who provide assistance and support to consumers, carers, staff, non-government agencies and other government departments as they navigate the mental health service.
We have dedicated resource team clinicians working across the hospital catchment areas within Metro North Mental Health including:
- The Prince Charles Hospital
- Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital
- Redcliffe Hospital
- Caboolture Hospital
- Kilcoy Hospital
Our services
We provide the following specialist support to consumers and staff:
- dual diagnosis and co-case management
- treatment planning and complex care coordination
- forensic liaison
- multicultural mental health
- primary care liaison and links with other service providers
- clinical advice and interventions
- education and training.
How to access this service
We can work with you, your family/carers and the treating team to coordinate care and ensure your individual needs are met. To access this service, your treating team or other support service will need to contact us by calling (07) 3139 4101.
What to bring
- Your Medicare card
- Health Care Card and/or concession card (if you have one)
- Recovery goals and plan
- Medications you are currently taking, including any that you have bought without a prescription and herbal medicine
- Private health insurance card (if you want to use it)
- Glasses, hearing aid, walking frame
